- はんだ被覆層を形成する表面実装用パツドがは
んだレジスト層で覆われていない銅箔部を表面の
一部に有する印刷配線板において、前記表面実装
用パツドの周縁の一部を除いて囲む非銅箔部を設
け、かつ前記はんだレジスト層が前記表面実装用
パツドとを含む領域以外を被覆することを特徴と
する印刷配線板。
