- 電子ビーム発生装置の陽極とターゲツトとの間
の電子ビーム通過周囲に陽極に近接して設けられ
た導電体と、この導電体と陽極とを絶縁する絶縁
カバーと、この絶縁カバーと前記導電体とを保持
するハウジングと、前記導電体に正電位を与える
電源とを有することを特徴とするイオントラツプ
用オリフイス。
