半導体層の分光感度の変化を示す特性図であり、
第３図は本考案の他の光センサーを示すの構造を
示す断面図である。第４図は従来の光センサーの
構造を示す断面図である。 １，３１……透明基板、２，３２……Ｉ型非晶
質シリコン半導体層、３，３３……非晶質シリコ
ン半導体層、４ａ，４ｂ，３４ａ，３４ｂ……金
属電極、ａ，ｂ……積層体。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透明基板上に、少なくとも基板側の一層が微結
晶状態であるＰ―Ｉ―Ｎ接合した非晶質シリコン
半導体層とバイアス電圧が印加される金属電極と
が重畳して成る少なくとも２つの積層体を形成し
た光センサーにおいて、 前記透明基板と該微結晶状態の非晶質シリコン
半導体層との間に、Ｉ型非晶質シリコン半導体層
を介在させたことを特徴とする光センサー。
