Claims (1)
- 透光性絶縁基板の一表面に、受光面電極、一導
電型の不純物層、導電型決定不純物がノンドーブ
或いは実質的にノンドーブな光活性層及び裏面電
極をこの順序で積層した光センサであつて、上記
裏面電極は上記光活性層と直接接するマグネシウ
ム層を含むことを特徴とした光センサ。
