換素子層、さらに背面電極層が順次形成された光
起電力素子において、前記透光性絶縁基板の上下
表面のうち少なくとも一方の表面に蛍光ガラス層
を設けたことを特徴とする光起電力素子。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
上記蛍光ガラス層は、上記透光性絶縁基板と上記
