- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 定電流源に接続されたコンデンサの両端にスイ
ツチング回路を設け、前記スイツチング回路をオ
ン／オフすることにより前記コンデンサを充放電
させて傾斜波を得る発振回路において、 前記コンデンサと前記定電流源との間にレベル
シフト用回路素子を設け、前記レベルシフト用回
路素子と前記定電流源との接続点から出力を取り
出す構成とした発振回路。
