Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電振動子を用いた発振部とバツフア部と
から成る圧電発振回路において、発振部とバツフ
ア部間に遅延回路とダイオードを接続したことを
特徴とする圧電発振回路。 (2) 該遅延回路は抵抗とコンデンサからなり、
該発振部出力と接地間に該抵抗と該コンデンサを
直列に接続し、該抵抗と該コンデンサの接続点か
ら該バツフア部に出力し、該抵抗と並列に該ダイ
オードを接続したことを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電発振回路。 (3) 該遅延回路は抵抗とコンデンサからなり、
該発振部出力と接地間に該抵抗と該コンデンサを
直列に接続し、該抵抗と該コンデンサの接続点か
ら該バツフア部に出力し、該コンデンサと並列に
該ダイオードを接続したことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電発振回路。
