- 超音波発生用の圧電振動子を、コレクタ接地型
の自励式トランジスタ発振回路で駆動する超音波
霧化回路において、前記圧電振動子の一端を前記
発振回路のトランジスタのコレクタに、他端をコ
ンデンサを介してベースにそれぞれ接続するとと
もに、前記圧電振動子に並列に抵抗を接続したこ
とを特徴とする超音波霧化回路。
