を示すタイミングチヤート、第５図はフオトカプ
ラーを用いた信号伝達回路の信号出力部における
フオトトランジスタの負荷抵抗とスイツチング時
間との関係を示す線図である。 Ｕ１……フオトカプラー、Ｑ１……トランジス
タ、Ｄ……一方向性インピーダンス回路を構成す
るダイオード、Ｒ３……インピーダンス回路を構
成する抵抗。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フオトカプラーと、トランジスタを含む信号出
力部とを有する信号伝達回路において、 上記フオトカプラーとトランジスタは、フオト
カプラーの出力電流が上記トランジスタのコレク
タに接続された一方向性インピーダンス回路と上
記トランジスタのベースに接続されたインピーダ
ンス回路とに分流されるように接続され、 上記トランジスタのコレクタから出力を取り出
すことを特徴とするフオトカプラーを用いた信号
伝達回路。
