Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １枚一枚の柔軟な紙製品が搬送方向でみて互い
    に重なり合うような製品列Ａを形成して、この製
    品列の搬送を案内する搬送路７と、製品列におい
    て搬送方向に沿う所定間隔毎に、製品列を形成す
    る紙製品の一部を製品列から突出させた突出部Ｂ
    を形成するための突出部形成手段と、搬送路の終
    端部に設けられ、製品列において、搬送方向に最
    も先行する突出部から次の突出部までで規定され
    る製品束Ｃを、搬送路から分離して取り出す分離
    搬出手段とを備えてなる柔軟な紙製品の定量分離
    装置において、 分離搬出手段は、搬送路の終端部上方に昇降可
    能に配置され、下降位置において、製品列の１つ
    の突出部と係合して、後続の製品列の搬送を停止
    させる一方、この後続の製品列から先行する製品
    束のみの搬送を可能とする停止部材１１と、 搬送路の終端部の側方で且つ搬送方向でみた場
    合、停止部材の直ぐ前方に配置され、搬送方向で
    みて製品列の側面に向けて空気を吹き出し可能と
    なつており、空気を吹き出した際には、製品列を
    形成する紙製品の側縁を吹き分けるエアノズル２
    ９と、 搬送方向でみてエアノズルの下流側に近接して
    回転可能に配置され、整品列における紙製品の吹
    き分けられた側縁と噛み合うようにして、紙製品
    を搬送方向に送り出し、これにより、停止部材に
    より後続の製品列の搬送が停止されている状態で
    は、この後続の製品列と先行する製品束との間に
    所定の間隙Ｓを形成する掻出しローラ３２と、 後続の製品列と先行する製品束との間の間隙に
    侵入可能な分離片４３を有し、この分離片を駆動
    して、製品束を次工程に向けて搬送路から搬出す
    るための搬出機構とを具備したことを特徴とする
    柔軟な紙製品の定量分離装置。
