部が重畳せしめられ上記情報電荷の出力を制御す
る出力制御電極、 を備え、 上記出力制御電極に隣接する転送電極が上記転
送チヤネルと上記出力チヤネルとの接続部上の近
傍を除いて上記転送チヤネル上以外の領域まで延
