Claims (1)
- 樹脂成形されたＩＣパツケージにおいて、パツ
ケージ側面から水平に引出された外部リードが下
方に曲げられ、さらにパツケージの底面付近の高
さでパツケージの底面の内側に曲げられ、パツケ
ージの底面の内側に曲げられた前記リードがパツ
ケージ底面に設けられたリードが入り得る溝に所
定の厚みだけ埋め込まれていることを特徴とする
ＩＣ用パツケージ。
