- フラツトパツケージ型半導体装置において、パ
ツケージ本体の側面より導出され且つ前記パツケ
ージ本体の底面を含む面に沿うように整形された
第１の外部リードと、前記第１の外部リードの前
記パツケージ本体側面の近傍より分岐して前記パ
ツケージ本体の上方へ突出した第２の外部リード
とを有することを特徴とする半導体装置。
