Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) マシニングセンタの前部にターンテーブル
    を設置し、このターンテーブル上に、ワークを把
    握するチヤツクを有する複数のパレツトを設け、
    ターンテーブルの施回および停止により、所定の
    パレツトをマシニングセンタに向けて、ワークに
    所定の加工を施すようにしたパレツトシステムに
    おいて、各パレツトの正面にそれぞれチヤツク取
    付手段を設け、別体のチヤツクを、この取付手段
    によりパレツトに着脱自在に固定し得るようにす
    るとともに、上記各チヤツクには取付手段のチヤ
    ツク把握爪と係合する共通のアダプタを固定した
    パレツトシステム用チヤツク交換装置。 (2) 上記のチヤツク取付手段を、パレツトに固
    定した本体と、この本体内に回動自在に装着する
    とともに手動操作で回動させるようにした雌ネジ
    環と、この雌ネジ環に螺合する雄ネジを後端に有
    し、チヤツク取付用アダプタを把握する複数の把
    握爪を前部に有する進退環により構成した請求項
    (1)記載のパレツトシステム用チヤツク交換装置
    。 (3) 上記本体内に、小径の進退筒を設けて、こ
    の進退筒を本体にチヤツクを取付たとき、このチ
    ヤツクのチヤツク機構駆動用操作軸に係合するよ
    うにし、上記進退筒の外周の雄ネジを本体内に進
    退不可で回動自在に装着した手動操作の雌ネジ筒
    に螺合した請求項(2)記載のパレツトシステム用
    チヤツク交換装置。
