Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 循環液と処理対象ガスを充填塔内に向流接触す
    る排ガス処理装置において、 上記活性汚泥を循環液として用い、その循環液
    を溜める活性汚泥槽を、充填塔より、脱窒反応を
    済ませた活性汚泥を戻して、一時的好気状態にし
    て腐敗を防止する好気槽と、その好気槽より流出
    させた活性汚泥を充填塔への供給源として溜める
    嫌気槽とに分割し、 上記充填塔を、処理対象ガスと接触する活性汚
    泥を嫌気状態で脱窒反応を促進させるために、生
    物化学的酸素要求源物質を供給する多段配置構造
    としたことを特徴とする排ガス処理装置。
