イムチヤート図である。 １……固体撮像素子、２……クロツク信号発生
器、３……切換手段、Ｓ……固体撮像素子の画素
領域、ＳＡ１，ＳＡ２，ＳＡ３……有効画素領域
、ＳＢ１，ＳＢ２，ＳＢ３……有効画素領域。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 各種テレビジヨン方式のうち走査線数の多いテ
    レビジヨン方式に対応する画素領域を有する固定
    撮像素子と、 選択されるテレビジヨン方式に基づいて、その
    有効画素領域については有効走査期間中に前記固
    定撮像素子の撮像情報を読み出すと共に無効画素
    領域については垂直帰線期間中及び水平帰線期間
    中に前記固体撮像素子の撮像情報を読み出すよう
    なパルス列の読出しクロツク信号を発生するクロ
    ツク信号発生器と、 このクロツク信号発生器の読出しクロツク信号
    を、選択されたテレビジヨン方式に基づいて制御
    する切換回路とを備え、 垂直帰線期間中及び水平帰線期間中に読み出さ
    れる撮像情報を捨てることによつて、前記固体撮
    像素子の走査線数に対応するテレビジヨン方式の
    画像情報と前記固体撮像素子の走査線数より少な
    い走査線数に対応するテレビジヨン方式でその標
    準と横長ワイドの画像情報とを選択的に出力する
    よう構成したことを特徴とする固体撮像装置。
