Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は、フロッピーディスク装置に関し、特にノイ
ズの影響を防ぐシールドを設けたフロッピーディスク装
置に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のフロッピーディスク装置は、磁気ヘッドの上側に
装置の４−面全体を覆う鉄板のシールドカバーを取り付
けていた。
〔発明か解決しようとする課題〕
上述した従来のフロッピーディスク装置は、磁気ヘッド
の上側に一枚のシールドカバーを設けているたけなので
パーソナルコンピュータのどのシステムに組み込んだ場
合にノイズに弱いという欠点がある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明のフロッピーディスク装置は、磁気ヘッドをプリ
ント基板に設けた穴内に位置させ、前記穴の周縁にワン
ターンシールドを設けたことを特徴とする。
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明について図面を参照して説明する。
第１図は本発明の一実施例のフロッピーディスク装置の
主要部を示す平面図であり、基板１と磁気ヘッド３の配
置を上から見た図である。
フロッピーディスク装置の電気回路を搭載したプリント
基板１．を装着されるフロッピーディスクの上面側に設
け、基板１に設けた穴４に磁気ヘッド３を位置させる。
基板１の厚み方向において、基板１と磁気ヘッド３はほ
ぼ同一の位置とするが、基板１の厚さより磁気ヘット３
の寸法が大きいため基板１の表面より磁気ヘッド３は突
出する状態となる。
基板１の穴４の周縁に接地した導体パターンのワンター
ンシールド２を設ける。ワンターンシールド２により、
磁気ヘッド３のまわりに直接シールドをほどこす事にな
り、基板１から出るノイズ又は、外部からのノイズによ
る磁気ヘッド３の影響を低減できる。基板１に両面基板
を使用することにより両面にワンターンシールド２の導
体パターンをほどこすことが可能であり、穴４の内面に
も導体めっきしてワンターンシールド２を構成すること
もできる。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように本発明は、ワンターンシールドをほ
どこした基板の穴内に磁気ヘッドを位置させることによ
り、基板本体からのノイズ又は、外部からの磁気ヘッド
への影響を低減させる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 磁気ヘッドをプリント基板に設けた穴内に位置させ、前
    記穴の周縁にワンターンシールドを設けたことを特徴と
    するフロッピーディスク装置。
