- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁基材の少なくとも表面に配線パターン
を形成し、所定の位置に電子部品を実装すべき部
分を設けた印刷配線板において、前記電子部品を
実装すべき部分以外の部分を平面的に覆うように
絶縁層を形成し、さらにこの絶縁層上に導体層を
平面的に形成したことを特徴とする印刷配線板。 (2) 絶縁基材の表裏両面に配線パターンを形成
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の印刷配
線板。
