路基板の磁気シールドの作用を示す説明図、第６
図ａは電磁誘導測定回路を示す図、同図ｂは鉄箔
及び鉛箔の周波数に対するシールド効果を示す図
である。 図において、１は支持体、１Ａは鉄箔支持体、
１Ｂは鉛箔支持体、２，６は絶縁層、３，４，５
は導電回路パターン、７は被覆層、７Ａは鉄箔被
覆層、７Ｂは鉛箔被覆層である。尚、各図中、同
一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) フレキシブル支持体上に導電回路パターン
    を有するフレキシブル回路基板において、該導電
    回路パターンを絶縁層を介して磁気シールド周波
    数帯域を異にするシールド材を複数層備えたこと
    を特徴とするフレキシブル回路基板。 (2) 上記複数層を上記支持体として構成したこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載のフレキシブル回路基板。 (3) 上記複数層を支持体の反対側表面を被覆す
    る被覆層として構成したことを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のフレキシブル回路
    基板。 (4) 上記複数層を構成するシールド材をそれぞ
    れ鉄及び鉛としたことを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項のいずれかに記載
    のフレキシブル回路基板。
