７図は第６図における吸気管の外観図である。第
８図は先願に係る吸気管の断面図である。第９図
は第８図に示す吸気管に用いる中子の製造例を工
程を追つて示す説明図である。第１０図は第９図
に示す中子を金型内に収容し射出成形する状態を
示す説明図である。第１１図は第９図における金
型内の合成樹脂材料の流れを示す説明図である。

Claims (1)
- ブロー成形によつて曲がり管を形成し、このブ
ロー成形製曲がり管内に射出成形時の圧力に抗し
得る非変形材を充填すると共に、その両端部を閉
塞して形成される中子を、割り型の射出成形金型
内に挿入し、ブロー成形製曲がり管と割り型の射
出成形金型の型面との間に合成樹脂材を射出し、
ブロー成形製曲がり管の表面に合成樹脂材を一体
的に被覆する合成樹脂製複合管の製造装置におい
て、各射出成形金型は、それ等の型面内に形成さ
れるキヤビテイ内に型面から所定量突出自在に設
けられた支持ピンと、この支持ピンを突出させる
付勢手段とを備えていることを特徴とする合成樹
脂製複合管の製造装置。
