Claims (1)
- ガラス材料を成形するキヤビテイを、一対の金
型とレンズ側面を形成する胴型により形成し、前
記胴型内径と一対の金型の外径の案内部を二段に
し、前記胴型の端部に近い、径の大きな第一の部
分の前記金型とのクリアランスを、前記キヤビテ
イに近い、径の小さな第二の部分の前記金型との
クリアランスに比べて小さくし、さらに、前記胴
型の径の大きな第一の部分の長さに比べて、前記
胴型の第一の部分とはめあう前記金型の長さを短
かくしかつ、前記胴型の径の大きな第一の部分に
はめあう前記金型の長さに比べて、前記胴型の径
の小さな第二の部分にはめあう前記金型の長さを
短かくしたことを特徴とするレンズ用金型。
