- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定金型と複数のエジエクターピンを有する移
動金型との間に形成される金型キヤビテイをあら
かじめガスで加圧し、その金型キヤビテイ内部に
発泡性樹脂を注入し、完全に注入が完了する前に
ガスを抜くことによつて成形を行なう発泡射出成
形用金型において、 複数のエジエクターピンとこのエジエクターピ
ンを進退させるピン孔との間隙の内、発泡性樹脂
の流動性が悪い部分を非密封構造とし、発泡性樹
脂の流動性が良い部分を密封構造としたことを特
徴とする発泡射出成形用金型。
