Claims (1)
- 第１及び第２のクロツクドインバータのクロツ
ク信号が互いに逆位相であり、該第１のクロツク
ドインバータ出力線と該第２のクロツクドインバ
ータ出力線と第１のインバータ入力線とが接続さ
れ、かつ該接続点と第１の電界効果型トランジス
タのドレイン端子が接続され、該第１の電界効果
型トランジスタのソース端子が電源線又は接地線
に接続され、該第１の電界効果型トランジスタの
ゲート線が電源線又は接地線又は第１のクロツク
ドインバータのクロツク信号の逆相信号に接続さ
れ、かつ該第１のインバータ出力線が、該第２の
クロツクドインバータの入力線に接続されて構成
されることを特徴とするクロツクドインバータ型
スタテイツクラツチ回路。
