Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭素マトリクスに埋め込まれた炭素補強繊維から形成された複合材料部品の 製造方法において、a)炭素含有繊維によって独占的に構成される多孔性基板を 形成(20)し、 b)その軸線が最大表面を有する基板の壁(32a,32b)に対して垂直であ る複数の流出孔を前記多孔性基板に形成(22)し、C)前記基板の細孔に熱分 解グラファイトまたは炭素を堆積することにより炭素マトリクス(32)を形放 するために炭化水素ガス流の熱分解により多孔性基板を圧縮(23)し、複数の 孔が基板に作られかつ該基板中のガス通路を減少するのに役立つことからなるこ とを特徴とする複合材料部品の製造方法。 2.前記孔(34)は前記基板の繊維を間隔を置くことにより形成されることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の複合材料部品の製造方法。 3.前記基板が製織によって得られるとき、前記孔(34)が製織の間に形成さ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の複合材料部品の製造方法。 4.前記段階a)とb)との間で前記多孔性基板は炭素含有液体浴中に浸漬(2 4)され、それに排出(26)および孔(34)を密封しない構体の炭化(28 )が続くことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか1項に記載 の複合材料部品の製造方法。 5.実質上、以下の段階、すなわち、 a)多孔性基板の形成(20)、 b)前記基板内の孔(34)の形成、 c)炭化水素の熱分解により孔(34)を備えた多孔性基板の圧縮かつ次いで d)前記圧縮された基板に多分残される孔(34)の部分的または全体的密封( 24,28,30) からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか1項に記載 の複合材料部品の製造方法。 6.段階d)は、孔を部分的にまたは全体的に密封するために、前記孔の壁に熱 分解グラファイトまたは炭素の皮を、炭化水素の熱分解により、形成することか らなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の複合材料部品の製造方法。 7.段階d)は炭素含有液体浴中に圧縮された基板を浸漬(24)することから なり、それに構体の炭化(28)および炭化水素ガス流の熱分解による最終圧縮 (30)の任意の実施が続くことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の複合材 料部品の製造方法。 8.多分後ろに残される孔(34)は金属およびセラミックー金属混合物および 炭素用酸化防止材料から選ばれる少なくとも1つの材料によって密封されること を特徴とする請求の範囲第5項ないし第7項のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料部 品の製造方法。 9.孔(34)が滑らかな、規則的な壁を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項ないし第8項のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られる複合材料部品。 10.前記孔(34)が裸眼には比較的見えないがX線撮影または光学顕微鏡に おいて見ることができるけばのある壁を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項ないし第8項のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られる複合材料部品。 11.第9項または第10項による複合材料部品によって形成されることを特徴 とする回転軸線(36)を有するブレーキディスク。 12.前記孔(34)の軸線が前記回転軸線(36)に対して平行であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に記載のブレーキデイスク。 13.前記孔(34)は前記回転軸線(36)上に心出しされる同中心円(38 )上に配置されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項または第12項に記載の ブレーキディスク。
