Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ローパスフイルタの出力電圧によつて発振
    周波数が制御されるとともに変調信号によつて変
    調がかけられる電圧制御発振器と、この電圧制御
    発振器の出力信号または分周出力信号が供給され
    る可変分周器と、この可変分周器の出力周波数ｆ
    ｐと基準周波数ｆｒとを比較し、この比較結果に
    応じた３つの状態を示す信号を出力する位相比較
    回路と、ｆｐ＞ｆｒのときの前記位相比較回路の
    出力信号によりオン状態となる前記ローパスフイ
    ルタ内のコンデンサを充電する第１のトランジス
    タと、ｆｐ＜ｆｒのときの前記位相比較回路の出
    力信号によりオン状態となり前記コンデンサの放
    電経路となる第２のトランジスタと、前記第１の
    トランジスタのターンオン時間を遅延させる遅延
    手段とを具備することを特徴とする直接変調ＰＬ
    Ｌ回路。 (2) ｆｐ＞ｆｒのときに前記位相比較回路から
    出力される信号は、前記第１のトランジスタのベ
    ースに供給されるターンオン信号であり、前記遅
    延手段は、一端が前記第１のトランジスタのベー
    スに接続され、他端が前記第１のトランジスタの
    エミツタまたは電源端または接地端に接続された
    コンデンサであることを特徴とする請求項１記載
    の直接変調ＰＬＬ回路。
