- 半導体ペレツトの電極及び配線基板にそれぞれ
、始端に金属ボールを形成したワイアにて接続し
たものにおいて、上記配線基板上のワイアの始端
径を半導体ペレツトの電極上のワイアの始端径よ
り径大としたことを特徴とするワイアボンデイン
グ構体。
