突起、２―１はブラシ部、２―２はブラシ基部、
２―３はターミナル部、３は軸受、４はモータ軸
、５はコミテータ、６は回転子、７はモータ・ケ
ース、８は永久磁石、９はリブ、１０はブラシ保
持用溝、１１はブラシ・ホールダ、１１―１は装
着孔、１１―２はホールダ突起部、１２はカール
部、１２′は突起片を表す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 界磁形成用の永久磁石を有する固定子と、回転
    子コアに回転子巻線が巻回されてなる回転子と、
    導電性金属板によりブラシ部とブラシ基部とター
    ミナル部とが形成されかつ上記ブラシ基部におい
    て合成樹脂製のモータ蓋板に対応してもうけられ
    たブラシ保持用溝に支持されたブラシ装置と、上
    記ブラシ部と摺動するコミテータとをそなえ、上
    記ブラシ装置およびコミテータを介して上記回転
    子巻線に電流を供給するよう構成された小型モー
    タのブラシ装置において、 上記ブラシ基部は、上記ブラシ部側にもうけら
    れた突起片をカールさせて形成されたカール部を
    そなえ、 上記カール部が上記ブラシ保持用溝に当接する
    形で上記ブラシ装置がブラシ保持用溝に支持され
    ている、 ことを特徴とする小型モータのブラシ装置。
