Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) この考案は、光ビーム熔着機に係り、その目的
は熱線を含む光線を発光する光源からの光を集光
し、その集光点上に熱伝導性に優れかつ熱容量の
大きい熔着具を設け、この熱熔着具に光源からの
光線を熱に変換して熱エネルギーとして蓄積し、
この蓄積熱を利用して金属部材相互のはんだづけ
或いは合成樹脂シート等の熔着が行うことができ
る光ビーム熔着機の提供にある。
(従来及び従来技術の欠点) 従来、この考案者らが考案し既に実公昭54−
36715号公報で開示された光ビーム熔接機が存在
する。
この既開示の光ビーム熔接機は光ビームを非熔
接物およびはんだに直接当ててはんだ熔接などを
行うことができる優れた装置ではあつたが、その
既略図を第7図に示す如くキセノン管球の如き、
光源1からの光線(光束)を反射鏡2によつては
んだづけを要する部材3の箇所に集光し、そのは
んだづけ箇所4上にはんだ5を挿通し、このはん
だ5を直接集光された光束6で熱源として利用し
て加熱し、熔融しはんだづけ作業を行うという光
ビーム熔接機であつた。
しかしながら、この従来技術においては集束さ
れた光束6からの熱量は集光箇所では非常に大き
いが集光部近傍はまつたく加熱されず、はんだ5
は集光が当接している部分でしか溶解、熔着作業
を行われないため、例えば所定幅で連続したはん
だ接着作業等を行うには極めて不向きで、例えば
スポツトはんだづけ等を点着する場合等にのみ極
めて有効な装置であつた。
この考案者らは以上のような従来例の事情に鑑
み、例えば金属製メツシユと金属枠を面状で連続
してはんだ熔接を要する金属フイルムの製造工程
等や、連続して一定幅、所要長さで相互に熔着を
要する合成樹脂製シート(農業、施設園芸用)の
ヒートシールなどに使用することができる光ビー
ム熔着機を開発せんと鋭意研究した結果、この考
案に到達したものである。
(解決手段) 即ち、この考案は少なくとも熱線を含む光線を
発光する光源と、この光源を囲繞し反射光を焦点
に集光する反射鏡と、この焦点位置に設けられた
熱伝導性に優れかつ熱容量の大きい熔着具とから
なり、この熔着具が上記光源反射鏡を囲繞かつ支
持する本体枠に対し微少量上下動自在にかつ横方
向に設けられた回転軸の軸周を回転自在に設けら
れてなる光ビーム熔着機を提供することにより、
連続する長さ面接着を要するはんだ付けやヒート
シール等の熔着作業を可能にしたものである。
(考案の構成) 以下、この考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて詳
細に説明する。
第1図乃至第4図はこの考案に係る光ビーム熔
着機の概観説明図、第2図乃至第4図はそれぞれ
熔着部の正面図、側面図、背面図である。
図面において、7は少なくとも熱線を含む光線
を発光する光源であつて、例えばキセノン管球、
ハロゲン管球、或いは遠赤外線発光球あるいは近
赤外線発光球などの熱線を含む光線を発光する光
源である。
8は集光用の反射鏡で、この集光用の反射鏡8
は図示する実施例においては楕円反射鏡を使用し
てなるが、この考案においては楕円反射鏡に限定
されるものでない。
9は後記本体枠11全体を微小量傾斜させるハ
ンドルである。10は反射鏡8を保持する支持材
10で、ある。
11は反射鏡8を支持する支持体10、光源7
の支持体(図外)を囲繞する本体枠で、この本体
枠11はその光束集光方向を開口部とする以外は
全周を囲繞被覆してなる。12は光束を示し、こ
の光束12は焦点13において集光する。
この集点13すなわち反射鏡8の焦点には熔着
具14の中心が位置するように熔着具14が設け
られている。
この熔着具14は回転軸15によつて回着さ
れ、回着軸15の軸周方向に回転自在に取付けら
れ、この考案の実施例においては載顕円錐台を基
部で接合した、中央部が膨出した円柱状に構成さ
れ、この膨出部を熔着箇所としてなる。
しかしながら、この考案においては必ずしも熔
着具14の形状は図示する実施例の形状に限定さ
れない。
この熔着具14は本体枠11に対しては、回転
軸15を支持する支持板16の端部が枢着ピン1
7によつて枢着固定され、、かつ他端部が本体枠
11に対し、本体枠11に取付けられた連結ピン
18及びこの連結ピン18が挿入される支持板1
6の連結孔19連結ピンに取付けられた位置極め
ナツト20によつて支持されている。
21は熔着具14を支持板16を介して本体枠
11から熔着具14方向に対し弾性を付勢する連
結ピン18に巻回された弾性螺条体である。。
熔着具14は熱伝導性に優れ、かつ熱容量も大
きい金属部材例えば、銅などの金属から構成する
のが望ましい。
このような構成からなるこの考案に係る光ビー
ム熔着機は第5図に示す如く、所要長さを持つ合
成樹脂製シート22,23を連続して熔着(ヒー
トシール)する際には送りローラ24を合成樹脂
製シート22,23のシート厚分より略小さい間
隙だけ熔着具14から離して設置し、この送りロ
ーラ24の送り力によつてシート22,23を送
り、このシート22,23の送り力で熔着具14
を回転させると、熔着具14の回転当接面がヒー
トシールされ、シート22,23は相互に連続し
て熱接着される。
第6図に示す使用例は、はんだ熔着を要する金
網25とフイルター枠26の接合部に熔着具14
が当接するように金網25とフイルター枠26を
ターンテーブル27上に配置し、かつ熔着具1
4、金網25及びフイルター枠26の接着面29
近傍にはんだ材30を順次供給しながら、ターン
テーブル27を回転させるとフイルター枠26と
金網25がはんだによつて熱接着される。
第5図に示す合成樹脂製シートの熱接着や、第
6図に示す金網の連続はんだづけ処理などに際し
てその熔着を要する部材間の部材厚みよりも、少
ない距離を部材と熔着具間の距離とすることによ
つて熔着具14は熔着時に本体枠11方向へ部材
によつて押圧されて移動し、この押圧力に反発し
て弾性体21が熔着具14を反対方向へ押圧しな
がら熱接着或いははんだづけが行われることとな
るのでその熔着特性は極めて優れたものとなる。
また、熔着具14は熱伝導性がよくかつ熱容量
が大きい部材を使用してなるから、常に光源7か
らの光束12の熱量を蓄熱し、一定温度に保ちな
がら熔着作業を行うことができるため、第7図示
の如き従来の光熔接機には不可能であつた面状で
しかも連続的な長さの熔着作業を迅速に行うこと
ができる。
(考案の効果) 以上詳述した如く、この考案に係る光ビーム熔
着機は少なくとも熱線を含む光線を発光する光源
と、この光源を囲繞し反射光を焦点に集光する反
射鏡と、この焦点位置に設けられた熱伝導性に優
れかつ熱容量の大きい熔着具とからなり、この熔
着具が上記光源反射鏡を囲繞かつ支持する本体枠
に対し微少量上下動自在にかつ横方向に設けられ
た回転軸の軸周方向に回転自在に設けられてなる
光ビーム熔着機であるから従来点着のスポツトは
んだづけ以外の用途には利用が困難であつた光ビ
ーム熔接機を、連続する長さでしかも面状の熔着
を要する部材に熱熔着及びはんだ熔接等を可能と
することができる優れた効果を奏するものであ
る。

  1. 少なくとも熱線を含む光線を発光する光源と、
    この光源を囲繞し反射光を焦点に集光する反射鏡
    と、この焦点位置に設けられた熱伝導性に優れか
    つ熱容量の大きい熔着具とからなり、この熔着具
    が上記光源反射鏡を囲繞かつ支持する本体枠に対
    し微少量上下動自在にかつ横方向に設けられた回
    転軸の軸周方向に回転自在に設けられてなる光ビ
    ーム熔着機。
