取出す方法が取られている。

に渡り中空状の温度制御部を形成せしめ、該温度制御部
内には冷温水入口及び冷温水出口を連通状に設けると共
に、蒸気投入口及び排気口を別途連通状に設け、上記容
器本体内には空気清浄部及び加湿部が連通状に配設され
た加湿酸素供給口が開孔されると共に、真空ポンプ部と
連通状に空気抜き口を開孔せしめ、更に撹拌羽根を駆動
回転自在に内包せしめ、かつ容器本体に設けられた培地
取出口に上記容器本体内よりスクリューコンベアーを連
通状に設けると共に、上記培地取出口に竪型押出部を連
通状に設けたことを特徴とするキノコ用培地製造装置で
ある。

記容器本体(1)内周壁全面に渡って中空状の温度制御
部(6)が形成され、同温度制御部(6)には、冷温水
入口(力及び冷温水出口(8)が連通状に設けられ、常
に一定の温度に設定された循環水を上記冷温水入口(7
)より温度制御部(6)内から冷温水出口(8)へと循
環させることによって容器本体(1)内を常に一定の温
度に保持できる構成とするものである。更に上記温度制
御部(6)内には、蒸気投入口(9)及び排気口00)
が連通状に設けられるものである。又上記容器本体(1
)内には、空気清浄装置部(11)及び加湿部面を経て
加湿酸素供給口03)が設けられ、更に真空ポンプ部0

10日前後毎に一定時間撹拌を行うものであり、又養生
期間内は加湿酸素供給口0■より容器本体(1)内へ、
清浄された空気に養生に必要な湿度を加えて供給を行う
ものである。そこで例えばシイタケでは約90日問丸分
に養生した後に、スクリューコンベアー09)によって
培地取出口08)より竪型押出部Ql内へ送出され、同
竪型押出部QO内で更に細かく砕かれて竪型、押し出さ
れ、目的に応じた培地として取り出されるものである。
