つた断面図、第４図は第２図のＹ−Ｙ線に沿つた
拡大断面図、第５図及び第６図は、使い捨て紙お
むつの斜視図であり、第５図は使い捨て紙おむつ
の第１の例の男性用使い捨て紙おむつを示す図、
第６図は第２の例の女性用使い捨て紙おむつを示

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 肌に当接する透水性に富むトツプシートと、
その反対側に位置する非透水性のバツクシートの
間に吸水性に富む吸水帯を収容した使い捨て紙お
むつに於て、この紙おむつは、トツプシート３と
バツクシート４のみを互いに周縁に於てシール７
したものであると共に、所定の装着用粘着テープ
５を有するおむつ本体２と、このおむつ本体２に
着脱的に取り付けることのできる別途の吸水帯９
の２つに区分されて成り、おむつ本体に着脱でき
る上記吸水帯９の裏面９′には、この吸水帯９を
上記おむつ本体２のトツプシート３側に取り付け
る為の粘着テープ１０が取着され、使用者の体型
、性別、症状の度合いや点滴の有無、着用時の季
節や昼夜の別、あるいは使用環境の湿度の関係等
を考慮し、要求に応じた望ましい吸水帯９を選択
し、この選択された吸水帯９を上記おむつ本体２
のトツプシート３面に取り付けて使用することを
特徴とする使い捨て紙おむつ。 ２ 上記おむつ本体２には、その中央部に横幅調
整折り返し部分６が形成され、他方の吸水帯９に
所定間隔に固定されている粘着テープ１０を、上
記横幅調整折り返し部分６を調節しておむつ本体
に固定することにより、おむつ本体２を使用者の
体型等に応じた最適な幅に固定して使用すること
ができる請求項１記載の使い捨て紙おむつ。
