    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 防水シートと、その上に置かれた吸水体と、前
    記吸水体を覆い、前記防水シートの四周に重合さ
    れて接合された不織布とで構成されるフラツト型
    使いすておむつの前記防水シートの長手方向一端
    部に所定の接着しろ幅を介して袋状に水不透過性
    フイルムよりなる軟便受けを設け、装着時には前
    記軟便受けを前記不織布側に裏返すことにより、
    不織布面の長手方向一端部に立体的に軟便受け空
    間を形成可能に構成してなる使いすておむつ。
