- パンツ類の内側に、吸水性材料がパンツの内側
となり、保水性材料が中に入り、外側を防水性材
料でカバーした失禁吸収部を弾力性のある部材で
パンツの前後の両側からパンツと一体に吊り上げ
て、パンツの股に接触するかあるいは少し浮き上
がる程度に位置させてなる失禁対策がなされた失
禁用パンツ。
