MEにかかった70人の患者が適切であると考えられ、
この中の女性36人および男性27人が、月見草油(E

インターフェロン(α、βおよびT)は、これらの抗ウ
ィルス作用の故に最初に見出された内因性サイトカイン

実施例
下記のようにしてMEを治療した。
1、 EPO400mgおよび魚油100mgを含む軟
質ゼラチンカプセルの4個を1日当り2回投与した。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、ウィルス感染性疲労症候群あるいは筋痛性脳脊髄炎
(ME)として知られる疾患の治療に使用するための薬
剤の製造のためにn−6系およびn−3系各々の1種以
上の6−脱飽和またはより高級の必須脂肪酸の使用。 2、前記薬剤にインターフェロンが混合される請求項1
記載の使用。 3、ウィルス感染性疲労症候群をわずらう人にn−6お
よびn−3系各々の1種以上の脱飽和またはより高級の
必須脂肪酸が投与されるウィルス感染性疲労症候群ある
いは筋痛性脳髄膜炎(ME)として知られている疾患の
治療方法。 4、前記酸に加えてインターフェロンが投与される請求
項3記載の治療方法。 5、夫々の必須脂肪酸が、単一投与量または分割投与量
において1日当り1mg〜100g、好ましくは1日当
り50mg〜20g、特に好ましくは1日当り500m
g〜5gの量である請求項1記載の使用または請求項3
記載の方法。 6、インターフェロンが分割された、毎日の、または週
当り2〜5回の投与量において、週当り500,000
〜500百万単位、好ましくは週当り2〜50百方単位
、より好ましくは週当り5〜25百万単位の量である請
求項2記載の使用または請求項4記載の方法。
