- 真空中に試料を挿入し、透過像、走査像を観察
するため、照射レンズ系、および対物レンズある
いは結像レンズ系から成る電子顕微鏡において、
対物レンズギヤツプ内あるいはギヤツプ外に試料
を挿入する搬送機構を用いてランプにより対物レ
ンズ近傍を加熱焼出しすることを特徴とする電子
顕微鏡等の加熱焼出し装置。
