- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁性金属基板に所望形状の導体パターン
が形成され、前記導体パターン上に複数の半導体
素子が固着された混成集積回路と、前記混成集積
回路が取付けられる金属よりなる取付体とから構
成される混成集積回路装置において、前記混成集
積回路と前記取付体との間に誘電体を備えたこと
を特徴とする混成集積回路装置。 (2) 前記誘電体の一主面には金属層が固着され
たことを特徴とする請求項１記載の混成集積回路
装置。 (3) 前記絶縁性金属基板は絶縁処理されたアル
ミニウム基板であることを特徴とする請求項１記
載の混成集積回路装置。
