Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 チツプ成形された半導体基板の中央をその片面
側より窪ませて薄肉ダイアフラム部を形成し、該
薄肉ダイアフラム部に応力感知素子部を一体形成
してなるセンサチツプと、 座面を貫通して導圧通路の出口を有する台座とを
備え、 前記窪みと前記導圧通路の出口とが合致するよ
うにして前記台座の座面上に前記センサチツプを
接合し、導圧通路側からの気圧とその反対側から
の気圧との差圧による前記薄肉ダイアフラム部の
応力変化を前記応力感知素子部から差圧出力とし
て電気的に取り出すようにした半導体圧力センサ
において、 前記窪みを取り囲む環状接合帯の少なくとも内
周側に、弾性に富む薄膜を介在させ、該薄膜の弾
性により過大差圧印加時に前記薄肉ダイアフラム
部に生ずる応力を緩和させること、 を特徴とする半導体圧力センサ。
