ドのセルフオリエンテーシヨン部を加工している
状態を概念的に表わす正面図、第２図ｂはその側
面図、第３図及び第４図はこのプロフアイル形状
を求める過程を表わす説明図であつて、第３図は
斜視図、第４図は工具座標系におけるｘ−ｚ平面
図、第５図はこの円筒加工工具を用いた本考案の
一実施例にかかる円筒内面加工装置の正面図、第
６図は第５図の視図、第７図は加工過程を概念
的に表わす斜視図である。また、第８図は炉心構
成要素の部分の斜視図、第９図は従来例にかかる
加工装置の正面図、第１０図及び第１１図はそれ
ぞれ従来の加工方法の説明図である。 図面中、２はハンドリングヘツド、４は円筒内
面、５はねじ面、６はセルフオリエンテーシヨン
部、２１は円筒内面加工工具、２２は総形プロフ
アイル、３２は工具側コラム、３６はスライドベ
ース、４１は工具取付主軸、４４はワーク側コラ
ム、４５は旋回中心軸、５１はワーク保持台、５
３はワークホルダシヤフト、５４はワークホルダ
把持機構である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円筒内面を加工する総形プロフアイルを有
    する切刃を複数具えた多刃工具であつて、被加工
    円筒の中心軸に対して傾斜した工具回転軸を有し
    、各切刃の総形プロフアイルは前記工具回転軸上
    の任意の一点を通るこの工具回転軸に垂直な平面
    と前記被加工円筒内面との交線上で該一点との距
    離が最短である点を該工具回転軸上の各点につい
    て連続したものであることを特徴とする円筒内面
    加工工具。 (2) ワークを支持すると共に該ワークに旋回送
    りを与えるワーク送り装置と、請求項(1)記載の
    円筒内面加工工具を前記ワークの長手軸に対して
    前記工具回転軸の傾斜角だけ傾斜して支持し該円
    筒内面加工工具を回転させる工具取付主軸を有す
    ると共に前記ワークの旋回送りと同期して該ワー
    クの長手軸に平行な方向に直線送りを与える工具
    送り装置とを具えたことを特徴とする加工装置。
