Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 入出力端子間に共振器を長手方向に多段に配
    列し、必要によりこれ等共振器と交互に結合用穴
    を有する誘電体に、前記入出力端子、共振器及び
    結合用穴から離間して前記配列に平行な側面を有
    する段差を形成し、かつ、該段差の側面に、前記
    共振器及び結合用穴のうちのいずれか一方の隣接
    していない２つを前記離間箇所を結合容量部とし
    て結合する結合パターンを設けたことを特徴とす
    る誘電体有極形フイルタ。 ２ 両端の共振器に入出力端子を接続し、かつ、
    この両端の共振器を結合パターンで結合した請求
    項１記載の誘電体有極形フイルタ。 ３ 結合パターンを覆つて段差に絶縁性の基板を
    接合した請求項１又は２記載の誘電体有極形フイ
    ルタ。
