Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 溶接用直流電源の正極と負極との間に、溶接
    ガンヘツドおよび半導体主開閉素子を直列に接続
    し、該半導体主開閉素子にスナバ回路およびアー
    ク発生回路を並列に接続して成る直流アーク溶接
    機において、 溶接ガンヘツドの両端子間に並列に接続された
    故障検出抵抗と、該故障検出抵抗の両端電圧を検
    出して前記半導体主開閉素子の短絡不良を検知す
    る異常電圧検知部とを備えて成る故障検出回路を
    設けたことを特徴とする直流アーク溶接機。 ２ 異常電圧検知部は、アーク溶接電圧より高い
    ツエナ電圧を設定したツエナダイオードと電流制
    限抵抗とを直列に接続して成る請求項１記載の直
    流アーク溶接機。
