Claims (1)
- 並列接続した複数個の終段トランジスタを使用
したトランジスタ電力増幅器において、各終段ト
ランジスタのエミツタ信号をそれぞれダイオード
を経て合成するように接続し、異常電流が終段ト
ランジスタに流れたときに、これを制限するよう
に構成したことを特徴とするトランジスタ電力増
幅器の保護回路。
