- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第１電源と第２電源との間に接続されて、
所定デユーテイ比の入力信号が印加される出力ト
ランジスタを有し、該出力トランジスタのオン又
はオフに応じた出力信号を得る半導体集積回路の
出力回路において、 前記入力信号が印加されるＣＭＯＳインバータ
と、 前記第１電源と前記第２電源との間で前記出力
トランジスタに直列接続されて、前記ＣＭＯＳイ
ンバータの出力が印加される負荷トランジスタと
、を備え、 前記出力トランジスタと前記負荷トランジスタ
とを相補的に動作させ、前記出力トランジスタと
前記負荷トランジスタとの接続点から出力信号を
得ることを特徴とする半導体集積回路の出力回路
