  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レーザ光の射出手段と受光手段とを有し、物体
    へ送信しその物体から反射されたレーザ光を受光
    することにより該物体までの距離を測定する車両
    用レーザレーダ装置において、 前記射出手段が、 レーザ光を発生するレーザ光発光手段と、 前記発光手段からのレーザ光の偏光面を所定の
    基準面に対し０度と９０度との間の角度に設定す
    る偏光面設定手段と、 前記偏光面設定手段からのレーザ光を走査する
    レーザ光走査手段と、 を備え、かつ前記受光手段が、 所定の偏光面を有する反射レーザ光を選択する
    偏光フイルタ手段と、 前記偏光フイルタ手段からの前記反射レーザ光
    を受光する受光素子と、 前記受光素子からの信号により物体までの距離
    を演算する距離演算回路と、 を備え、所定の偏光面を有する射出レーザ光を検
    出することにより物体までの距離を測ることを特
    徴とした車両用レーザレーダ装置。
