Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 基準電圧源と該基準電圧源の出力電圧が印
    加される差動増幅部と、該差動増幅部の負荷とし
    て配置される電流ミラー回路と、前期差動増幅部
    の出力を増幅する出力増幅部と、該出力増幅部か
    ら得られる出力電圧を前記差動増幅部に帰還する
    帰還回路とを備えるレギユレータ回路において、 前記差動増幅部を構成する一対のトランジスタ
    のコレクタ間にバイアス手段を挿入し、前記一対
    のトランジスタの飽和に起因する起動不良を防止
    したことを特徴とするレギユレータ回路。 (2) 基準電源と、該基準電源の出力電圧が印加
    される複数のレギユレータ部とを備え、前記複数
    のレギユレータ部からそれぞれ安定化された電圧
    を取り出すレギユレータ回路において、 少なくとも第１レギユレータ部の初段を、一対
    のトランジスタを有する差動増幅部で構成し、該
    差動増幅部の負荷として電流ミラー回路を配置す
    るとともに、前記一対のトランジスタのコレクタ
    間に起動不良を防止するバイパス手段を配置した
    ことを特徴とするレギユレータ回路。 (3) 前記第１のレギユレータ部は、前記初段差
    動増幅部と該初段差動増幅部の出力を増幅する後
    段増幅部とを備え、少くとも前記初段増幅部を直
    接電源に接続するとともに、前記後段増幅部をス
    イツチを介して電源に接続することを特徴とする
    請求項第２項記載のレギユレータ回路。
