- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ベース上に取り付けられＩＣを受容するソケツ
ト部とコネクタピンを有するソケツトアセンブリ
と、ソケツトアセンブリに多数の導体を介して接
続された測定用のテストボードと、ＩＣの端子を
前記ソケツト部のコネクタピンに押圧するプツシ
ヤとを備えたＩＣ検査装置において、 前記ソケツトアセンブリの周囲にヒータを配置
すると共にその外側を断熱材で被覆したこと、 を特徴とするＩＣ検査装置。
