Claims (1)
- ＩＣのリードに接触させてその電気的特性を試
験するためのＩＣクリツプにおいて、前記ＩＣの
リードに接触させるためにケースの一端より突出
させた接続ピンと、外部より配線可能なように前
記ケースの他端より突出させた外部端子と、前記
ケースに接続することにより接続ピンのピツチを
変更するピツチ変更ケースとを有することを特徴
とするＩＣクリツプ。
