- 半導体集積回路装置の電気的特性測定に使用さ
れるプローブカードにおいて、プローブカードの
コネクタ電極をコネクタへの挿入方向に沿つて分
割し、分割されたコネクタ電極をスルーホール及
び多層配線にてプローブコンタクトへの配線電極
に接続したことを特徴とするプローブカード。
