Claims (1)
- 洗浄槽１内の被洗浄物３の一端内部に、間歇的
に駆動されるゴミを除去するフイルター装置５に
接続した注入管６の一端を挿入して清浄な洗浄液
を流入させ、被洗浄物３の他端の内部に前記フイ
ルター装置５に接続して、洗浄液を排出させる排
出管８の一端を挿入したことを特徴とする管状物
の超音波洗浄装置。
