- 洗浄液中に被洗浄物を浸漬して超音波洗浄する
装置において、長辺の超音波振動子に対向した位
置に強制駆動される被洗浄物受けローラーを該超
音波振動子と平行に設け、該受けローラーに載置
した被洗浄物を回転しながら超音波洗浄するよう
に構成してなる超音波洗浄装置。
