スイツチ、１１はポンプ、１２は吸入配管、１３
は戻り配管、１４は洗浄液循環系、１６はフイル
ターである。

Claims (1)
- 被洗浄品を収容するための洗浄槽と、超音波振
動を生起させる超音波振動子と、この超音波振動
子に高周波信号を供給する発振手段と、前記洗浄
槽内に充填されている洗浄液を吸入口から吸い込
むと共にこの洗浄液を排出口から洗浄槽内に戻す
ように設定された洗浄液循環系と、この洗浄液循
環系内に着脱自在に組み込まれており通過する上
記洗浄液から汚れを取り除くようにしたフイルタ
ーとが備えられていることを特徴とする超音波洗
浄装置。
