Claims (1)
- 洗浄液を収容し、該洗浄液中にワークが浸漬さ
れる有底筒状の浴槽と、該浴槽の底部に配設され
、該浴槽内の洗浄液を超音波振動させることによ
つて前記ワークを洗浄する超音波発振器とからな
る超音波洗浄装置において、前記浴槽には、筒部
側に位置して前記超音波発振器とは異なる方向で
洗浄液を超音波振動させる他の超音波発振器を設
けたことを特徴とする超音波洗浄装置。
